On behalf of all of us at Fattoush, we want to wish you, your family and friends a Ramadan Kareem. Whether you are observing this holy month, or not, we hope that the blessings of this month fill your hearts and homes with joy and mercy. Ramadan is a time of reflection and guidance, as well as an opportunity to spend time with friends and family and reflect on the beauty of this month.
At Fattoush, we want to continue the tradition of time well spent with each other. That is why this year, we are making our Ramadan Buffet bigger than ever. To give you a chance to come spend time with us, break fast and be happy…and full! Every day during the month of Ramadan, we will be hosting our Ramadan Grand Buffet at three different locations (Back area, Main area and Hookah Patio area). So, this Ramadan, Fattoush will be hosting the BIGGEST buffet in the community.
Delicious options include mansaf, kharoof, biryani or ozzie, mesakan, intestines, okra and molikia. Other fresh and tasty cuisines include grape leaves, kufta w/tomato or tahini, kaba kalabee, shawarmaa, chicken tawook, kufta kabobs and chicken tikka. Our Grand Buffet also comes with kidney beans, sauteed yoggies, tilapia, spaghetti, chicken alfredo and lasagna. These entrees will rotate throughout the month.
We have a large selection of appetizers to choose from including hummus, baba ghanouj, fattoush salad, traditional Arabic salad, Jerusalem salad, cucumbers & laban, zaytoon halabee, pickles, olives, kale salad, as well as your choice of soup. Your soup choices are lentil, freekah, cream of broccoli or mushroom and homemade chicken noodle soup.
And don’t forget the desserts! Our fresh, homemade options include katayef, awamat, hareesa, rice pudding, cake, pudding, jello and fruits.
Our Ramadan Grand Buffet has all the trimmings with so many delicious options you must take advantage of. We do recommend you make reservations in advance. Pricing is $24.99 per person, and only $12.99 for children ages 5 to 13. Kids under 4 eat FREE.
